Basket Case Farms is also home to a flock of free-range hens, providing a reliable source of protein for the community members we serve through fresh, organic eggs. Our hens also offer a hands-on way for visitors of all ages to connect with sustainable farming in action. School groups and neighbors alike learn how manure from hens can be a valuable addition to compost, and help reduce food waste by consuming our scraps.
