Basket Case Farms is an educational, non-profit farm, and we love sharing our knowledge and work with the community. We seek to empower children, families, and community members to understand where food comes from, why food security matters, and how we can all play a role in caring for one another and the environment.
We provide educational programming for school and community groups, as well as farm tours and visits for the general public.

Basket Case Farms strives to meet the individual needs of all those who want to experience on-site education, and we enjoy working with teachers and instructors to develop specialized, on-site learning experiences that help students further grasp curriculum content. Farm Tours & Visits
Interested in learning more about our work towards sustainable agriculture, food security and environmental stewardship? Come tour the farm! Here visitors can get a guided walking tour of the farm to learn more about our mission and practice.

Volunteer Opportunities
Volunteers at Basket Case Farm may take part in a variety of activities including planting, weeding, mulching, pruning, landscaping, and habitat restoration. If you have a specific skill or talent that you would like to share to help us improve our grounds or facilities, please let us know.
Volunteer days are not yet scheduled on a regular basis. Opportunities become available based on our seasonal farm needs.
