In most of our grow houses and outdoor grow spaces, we grow crops in soil curated on-site. This custom mixture is composed of compost, wood chips, manure, and aeration materials such as perlite or rice husks, ensuring an organic, nutrient-rich composition with optimal drainage and high levels of beneficial microorganisms.

A high loam content lets us water less frequently and reuse our soil over longer periods of time. Plants are started from seed and transplanted into the ground, where they’re cultivated into the produce we donate. Custom irrigation allows us to water each plant based on its type and stage in the growth cycle, ensuring conservation of water throughout the life of the plant.
