Chickens
We have added chickens to the farm!
Thanks to our longstanding partnership with Indian Land High School’s Agricultural & Animal Science department, we have 24 hens. The students work to incubate the eggs for 25 days until they hatched. We then brought them to the farm when they were ready – around 4 weeks old. These hens will produce 10 dozen organic, free-range eggs a week that we will be able to donate to the community.
